Does it have a reverse gear feature?
Yes, to put Dragon Mobile EX in reverse mode, please press on the “R” button on the right side of the steer and under the speed button.
How do you remove the seat from the scooter itself?
There is a horizontal bar at the front below the seat. You need to pull the bar forward and it will release the seat. After releasing the seat just lift up and remove it from the scooter.
How do I fold & unfold the scooter?
After removing the seat (you can see how to remove the seat above) the scooter can be folded and unfolded from the red latch on the left-hand side of the scooter. The small red latch is to unfold, and the big red latch folds the scooter.
How do I turn the scooter on?
You need the headlight to turn on/off the scooter. The key goes into the headlight to turn on/off. You can find the headlight in a small box in the scooter with 2 sets of keys. Please keep the keys in a safe place since these are the only keys to turn on/off the scooter and we are unable to produce new keys for your scooter. There is a screen on the headlight that you can see the remaining battery as well.
Is the Dragon Mobile EX compliant with TSA and FAA regulations?
The main reason a device may or may not be compatible with TSA and FAA regulations is the battery size. The Dragon Mobile EX when with Regular battery is compliant.

Can the seat be raised up or down?
Seat is adjustable back and forth and the direction bar height can be adjusted for DMX.
I turned the scooter on, but it won’t budge or go / or the joystick makes a beeping sound. What should I do?
The scooter has a security hand brake, once you open it brand new from the box, the device brakes are applied, you will have to release the brake for the scooter to move forward or reverse. The brake is released by pushing on the small lever in front of the hand brake. If the brake is set loose and still won’t go forward or reverse, then the issue could be technical. If that is the case, you can contact us info@bangeran.com.
I have a broken part, how do I replace it or get a new one?
At bangeran.com under the products section, you will see the spare parts section. On the list you can see a variety of spare parts that you need. However, we do have a 6 month warranty on spare parts, and 1 year warranty on the scooter itself. It is recommended that you register your scooter at bangeran.com to expedite the process.
How do I install a rear basket?
The rear basket already comes pre-installed. All that is needed is to put it right under the seat which has two small holes for you to stabilize it. Please swivel the DMX seat towards the front to be able to install the rear basket.
Would the wheels move if it is not turned on?
Wheels will move in a freewheel position when the scooter is turned off.
How do we install or remove the battery?
The battery is located under the black panel where feet go. In order to access the battery, the panel needs to be removed. We recommend an official service person to perform this action.
