How do I compare products?
In our website, you will see an “add to compare” button over each product photo. As you click this button, the compare widget will start to form at the bottom of the page. Once you are done choosing which items should be compared, click the compare button and the widget will take you to the comparison page.
Can I use my equipment in the rain/water?
Our products are weatherproof but not waterproof. Please keep out of heavy rain or prolonged exposure to water.
How long do you need to charge the battery?
Most of our regular batteries are fully charged in 4-8 hours but we recommend charging overnight.
Do we have wheelchairs for left handed people? Can we interchange the joystick?
All joysticks are interchangeable.
Where do we charge the wheelchairs from?
Some wheelchairs can be charged directly from the battery and some can be charged from the joystick or both. Please consult your user manual for more details.
How do I charge my mobility scooter?
Please charge your scooter by putting the charger into the charging socket on the side of the middle fender.
Can I travel with my mobility scooter on public transportation?
Yes, there is no obstacle for you to use public transportation with your mobility scooter or wheelchair.
Are there weight restrictions for electric mobility wheelchairs?
Yes, weight restrictions for wheelchairs differ depending on the model. Please check the product page to learn more about each wheelchairs capabilities.
Is it possible to upgrade the battery for longer range?
Yes, we sell extended batteries for most wheelchairs and scooters but depending on the Watts of the battery, devices with a larger battery may not be compliant to airline regulations.
Are there any tips for extending battery life?
Avoid recharging the battery after completely draining to extend the battery life. Please charge your device before the battery drops below 20%. The ideal battery life is highest when using at room temperature. If the temperature is below 32F the battery life might be shorter and when the temperature is -4F or less the battery life might be as low as half or more less.
Can I add accessories to my mobility device for extra comfort?
We do not recommend unauthorized or third party products to be used with our own products due to the uncertainty of quality and other risks. Please note that any extra product added on the wheelchair or scooter will increase the total weight on the device.
Are there off-road tires available for my mobility scooter?
Currently we do not offer off-road tires for our mobility scooters.
Are electric mobility devices environmentally friendly?
Yes, in the sense that we do provide all replacement parts for our devices and there is a second hand market for our products, we believe that our products are a part of the solution.
How well do mobility devices handle snowy conditions?
Depending on the amount of snow and wetness of the surface it may differ. We don't recommend you to use the scooter on snow since these surfaces may melt or collapse.
Can I use my electric mobility wheelchair on beaches?
Depends on the surface. We always recommend you to use the wheelchair on even surfaces. We do not recommend use on dry or wet sand because of the risk of getting stuck in sand.

Are colors shown in your photos accurate?
We color correct the photos to look as accurate as possible. But the colors may look different depending on the color profile of your screen. Color on screens may look different even because of the level of screen brightness.
Do you have a showroom or brick and mortar location?
We currently have a warehouse in Santa Ana/CA. You need to call or email us to make an appointment with us to see a product you are interested in.

How can I travel with my wheelchair, scooter? Is it airline compliant?
All Wheelchairs and Scooters using regular sized batteries are airline and cruise compliant. Some of the extended batteries are not compliant to TSA regulations, therefore not suitable for airline travel.
