How to fold a scooter ?
Pull the red knob on the side of the scooter and pull it up till the scooter folds up. For more details please consult the user manual.
What is the max speed ?
The scooter has 3 speed settings, 4/8/12 mph respectively. Reverse speed is 4 mph.
What is the weight capacity ?
330 lbs for Dragon Mobile. 265 lbs for Adult seat and 65 lbs for child seat.
Is this device travel friendly ?
All of our wheelchairs and scooters are designed to be travel friendly. When the scooters and wheelchairs fold up, it can put it in your trunk pretty easily. The scooter even fits in the trunk of a small sedan car. When it comes to Airline and Cruise travel it gets a little more complicated. All Wheelchairs and Scooters using regular sized batteries are airline and cruise compliant. Some of the extended batteries are not compliant to TSA regulations, therefore not suitable for airline travel. Please consult your user manual for more details.
Is the Dragon Mobile compliant with TSA and FAA regulations?
The main reason a device may or may not be compatible with TSA and FAA regulations is the battery size. The Dragon Mobile with Regular battery is compliant.

How do I open and close the Child seat?
Pull the red knob under the seat and push it out to unfold the child seat. For folding the child seat pull the red knob down and push it back under the seat.
How do I install the rear basket ?
The rear basket already comes pre-installed. All that is needed is to put it right under the seat which has two small holes for you to stabilize it.
What is the turning Radius ?
Turning radius is 60 inches.
Is the device suitable for Indoor & Outdoor?
Although the Dragon Mobile was designed with the outdoors in mind, especially because of its size and high speed, the scooter is still fully suitable for indoors. Please avoid rainy weather and water puddles when you use it indoors or outdoors.
How do we install or remove the battery?
The battery is located under the black panel where feet go. In order to access the battery, the panel needs to be removed. We recommend an official service person to perform this action.
Can two people fit on the scooter?
Not two adults but there is a seat you can pop open under the adult seat for a child's use.
Can the child seat be removed ?
Yes, the child seat can be removed. In order to remove the child seat, the screws holding on the child seat need to be removed. Please contact our customer support team for details
Does the Dragon Mobile have a brake light?
Yes, the Dragon Mobile is equipped with brake lights on the back bumper.
Which side is the brake controller?
The brake controller is on the left side by default.
Can it be used for golfing?
Yes, it can be used for golfing. However, the speed will not be as high as on normal roads while going on grass.
Can the seat be raised up or down?
Seat height is fixed, the direction bar height can be adjusted for DM.
How do I fold & unfold the scooter?
The scooter can be folded and unfolded from the red latch on the left-hand side of the scooter. The small red latch is to unfold, and the big red latch folds the scooter.
Does it have a battery indicator to show how much battery is left?
Yes, although not in terms of miles, but in terms of percentages or bars.
