Please carefully review our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
The terms of this policy are valid starting 01 January 2024. Bangeran reserves the right to change the terms and conditions hereof at any time without notice.
What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?
In-store pickup is available for all orders. Pickups are available Monday - Friday 10 am to 4 pm. Please contact us before coming to the location. We will give you an appointment for pick up. We can accept pick up requests under any circumstance without appointments. We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Orders below $250 will be subject to a shipping fee. The Shipping Fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Free Shipping On Orders Over $250
We offer free shipping on eligible orders amounting over $250 not including shipping, taxes and other fees.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
- Expedited shipping is dependent on location, time and availability. The price for expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout by the shipping carrier.
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Do You Deliver Internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

We have a 30-day return window, which means after you receive your item, you can request a return within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new or like-new condition. Unworn or unused, with tags, paperwork and accessories, and in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. In the case, the item is sent back without its original packaging or missing tags/parts, a repackaging fee and/or missing part fee may be applied and these fees may be deducted from the refund. A restocking fee and/or return shipping fee may also be applied to all returned items.

When your return request is authorized, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unauthorized items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A pickup may also be arranged for the customer if needed. In the case of a pickup request, a pickup fee may be applied to the refund.

Damage Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt. Contact us right away if there is anything unexpected, such as a defective or damaged item or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue and make it right for you. Please report any shipping damage or manufacturing defect within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt. If any claim has been made 48 hours after receiving the product, we may not be able to accept the claim.
In these kinds of situations, time is of the essence. Please reach out to us at email@example.com with details on the issue and photos documenting the defect or damage.
Depending on the damage or defect, our Technical Support Representative may recommend a fix where we ship a replacement part or start a return process.
Missing Package/ Damage During Self Return
In case there is a misfortune during the return shipping process where the return label was bought by the customer, This is a matter between the sender of the parcel and the shipping carrier. Bangeran is not liable for any product damages. We highly recommend the customers to buy shipping insurance.
Dropping off Returns to Locations
Customers are always welcome to request a self return to our locations. Please initiate a regular return and while explaining the reason for your return, add that you may like to drop off the item to one of our locations. We will give you an appointment for return. Items dropped off to the warehouse without appointments or return authorization can not be accepted under any circumstance.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, Clearance, Last Chance, Final Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for returns.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We would recommend the customer to return and reorder.
Cancellation can be done easily before the item is shipped. What if the item is already shipped? Please reach out to our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. Cancellation is still possible after the item is shipped but it will be considered a return when the item is received at our warehouses and a return shipping fee and restocking fee may be applied to the refund.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
